What this service is
SearchMyShoes is an enquiry service run by a physical footwear shop. You upload a photo of footwear you like and share your preferences; we review it and contact you with what we can offer. It is not an online store. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no purchase, payment or contract of sale is made through the website.
No guarantee of availability
We will try to find footwear that matches your photo, but we cannot guarantee that a matching or similar pair is available, that a specific brand or model can be sourced, or that it will be within your budget. Any item we suggest is subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Pricing and purchase
Prices, delivery charges and payment methods are discussed and agreed with you directly on WhatsApp or in the shop. Budget ranges shown on the form are only used to guide our search. Applicable consumer protection laws in India continue to apply to any purchase you make from us.
Delivery area
Delivery is offered only within nearby serviceable areas as configured by the shop. If your area is not serviceable we will tell you when we reply; collection from the shop may still be possible.
Your photo and details
You confirm that you have the right to share the photo you upload and that the contact details you provide are your own. Do not upload images that are unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to footwear. We may decline or delete requests that misuse the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.
Communication
We contact you only about the request you submitted, using the WhatsApp number or phone you provided. Messages are sent by our staff, not automatically. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
