Your details stay between you and our shop.

What we collect

• The photo of the footwear you upload.
• Your full name, WhatsApp mobile number and, optionally, your email address.
• Your delivery area or pincode.
• Footwear preferences such as type, size, budget, colour, material and notes.
• The time of your submission and the fact that you gave consent to be contacted.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose only: to understand your footwear request and to contact you personally on WhatsApp or by phone about it. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists, or share them with third parties except the service providers who host this website and store uploaded images on our behalf.

Consent

You give consent by ticking the consent box on the request form before submitting. It is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or using the contact details in the footer, and we will stop contacting you about the request.

Where your photo is stored

Uploaded images are stored privately in secure object storage. They are not made public and are only viewable by our shop staff through a protected admin area. The WhatsApp message offered after you submit includes a private link to your photo that only works for 30 days and cannot be guessed, so our staff can see the pair in the chat.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and photos are kept for up to 12 months after the request is closed so we can refer back to it if you return. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us using the details in the footer, or by replying to our WhatsApp message. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. We may use essential cookies to keep the admin area secure. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
